Frequently asked questions Have a question? We've probably answered it here. But if the answer you're looking for isn't on this page, go ahead and send us an email. Yes! We want you to be completely satisfied with your review. If you receive your report and feel that we didn't do an adequate job, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your review. We'll do our best to solve the problem, but if we can't, you won't pay a cent. However, we're quite sure you'll be satisfied--we've never had a single customer take us up on our guarantee! Will you do a custom review of my site, or will I just receive a generic report? All of our site critiques are completely customized and are based on a personal review of your unique site. The report you receive will be chock full of advice specific to your particular needs. Some of the areas you cover in your reviews don't apply to my site. Do I really need a review? If your site only needs improvement in some of the areas we cover, that's ok--we'll focus our report on the areas in which your site could be improved the most. Are there any sites you won't review? Yes. Kianta is a Christian company, so our first goal is to reflect the character of Christ in all of our work. Because of that, we are unable to accept site reviews for sites that involve the following:
We reserve the right to refuse any site that (in our sole discretion) is not in harmony with these guidelines. (Questions or comments? Feel free to contact us.) Additionally, we may choose not to review your site if we feel we will not be able to offer you advice equal to the price of the review. We want to make sure you're getting a good value, and we'll tell you if we think your site is good enough that you don't need to pay the price of a review. What forms of payment do you accept? When your review is completed, we'll send you an invoice with payment instructions. We'd prefer to receive payment by PayPal, but we also accept personal checks and money orders. All payments must be made in US dollars. Before you sign up for your review, please ensure that you have access to funds in US dollars. (For your convenience, here is a list of the countries in which PayPal is now available.) Will you tell me how to optimize my site for search engines? We sometimes offer advice related to search engine optimization. However, our site reviews are not focused primarily on search engine optimization or marketing in general. Your review will focus on how to convert visitors to buyers once they have already arrived at your site. Who does the site reviews? All site reviews are done by Jamie Kiley, a 20-year-old web designer in Atlanta, Georgia. Want to know more? Meet your reviewer. What does "Kianta" mean? Kianta Web Development was originally established by Jamie
and Tyler Kiley as a web development company. The name is a combination
of the first two letters of their last name, plus the last four letters
of Atlanta, which is their hometown. Just in case you're curious, the
name is pronounced "key-ON-tuh." |
